Class rule suspended
The international X-99 Class rules were formed back in 1985.
In Denmark we have since 2017 suspended the following class rules:
The meaning of above suspended rules:
Free construction means you can use moulded sails and full batten sails (mainsail).
The number of reefs in the mainsail is also free.
The cloth weight and DPI (Density of fibers) for all sails is free.
Dimension of all sails must always comply with the class rules!

Drawings Class rules

- 11.2 - Free material is permitted and sail construction is free
- 11.5.6 - Full length sail batten is permitted.
- 11.5.7 - The number of reefs is free.
- 11.6.5 - Partly suspended. Weight and DPI of sail cloth is free.
- 11.6.7 - Partly suspended. Weight and DPI of sail cloth is free.
